How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are despatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, it takes around 9-13 working days depending on the delivery address.

Return / Exchange Policy
What is your return ploicy?
If you are not satisfied with your velofreak.cc purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
- Return within 30 days
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not have any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
What is the returns process?

- Send the purchased item back to us after communication
- You will need to pay for return postage costs
- The purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you via PayPal

- You will need to pay for return postage costs
- Velofreak will pay for exchanged item postage costs
